ENTRY LEVEL REFEREE COURSE INFORMATION: **Must be 14 years old**

Block 1 - Canada Soccer Entry Level Referee Online Theory Modules 

• $40 Registration Fee as of February 15, 2026
• Must be completed prior to registration for Block 2
• Once completed, send the PDF of the Canada Soccer Certificate of Completion to kate@soccerns.ca
• No screenshots or images of the PDF of the Certificate of Completion
• Please provide only the PDF of the Certificate of Completion that is emailed from Canada Soccer

Block 2 - Soccer Nova Scotia In-person Practical Session

• Registration Fee is $90
• In-person Sessions run from March 27 - May 17, 2026, province wide
• Registration information and In-person Practical Sessions schedule is now available on the Entry Level Referee Course Information page
• The New Official Registration requires a password
• Registration information and password will be provided once the PDF of the Canada Soccer Certificate of Completion has been received
• Registration is on a first come, first served basis and space is limited

To become a Certified Referee, both Block 1 and Block 2 must be completed

                      5:15- 6:00pm ---- U5's

                      6:00- 7:00pm ---- U7's

                      7:15  -8:30pm---- U13- Girls and U15- Girls
